For the debut single Stay a Little While by Magnetic Bonbons, the challenge was translating the music into a narrative experience that felt culturally current without feeling derivative.

The concept leveraged the rise of ASMR as both form and subject. Framed as an exclusive “get ready with me” moment between an ASMR creator and a patron, the video explored the mechanics of perceived intimacy in creator economies; how closeness is performed, monetized and consumed.

The narrative positioned the viewer as a top-tier patron granted access to a private moment. As the creator moves on, the patron remains suspended in repetition, replaying the experience. What, at first, feels intimate is revealed as transactional.

Two versions of the video were released: a traditional music video and an ASMR adaptation featuring live ASMR audio recorded on set: a first-of-its-kind hybrid that occupied a deliberate middle ground between music video and ASMR content.

I led concept development, storyboarding and art direction, shaping the visual language and narrative rhythm to support the idea. The project was produced with a bilingual, live international team across Germany and Argentina.
