Soaked & Stoked was developed as an elevated alternative within the sexual enhancement category in the hemp market, designed to stand apart while operating in the same retail environments.
The category typically split in two directions: crass, hyper-masculine branding on one end, and overly medicinal, clinical language on the other. The strategic challenge was to occupy a middle ground, introducing restraint, confidence and sex appeal without aggression or sterility.
The brand narrative relied on visual control rather than shock. Packaging emphasized contrast, tone and suggestion, allowing the products to feel intentional and adult even when placed alongside more overt competitors. The goal was not to escape the category, but to reframe it from within.
The identity was intentionally gendered across two products, designed to function both independently and as a pair. This allowed the line to appeal to male shoppers, who made up the majority of customers in these retail settings, while encouraging purchase for partners as well as for personal use, without fragmenting the brand’s core positioning.
Designed as both a branding and positioning response, the system supported a B2B-focused launch that secured retail placement across North America until 2021.
